What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive top-line revenue goals for the territory, including new and repeat business with B2B clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, business, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Solid sales acumen and B2B relationship management experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the new construction/remodel industry
- Deep knowledge of the residential builder industry
- Self-starter with strong motivation to meet KPIs and financial targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
