      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead BAS field teams in the installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and closeout of building automation system projects
      - Direct and monitor subcontractors including scheduling and resource management
      - Execute troubleshooting of BAS systems and participate in commissioning efforts
      - Communicate project progress and document site updates regularly
      - Provide engineering support and input on project proposals and audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, or two years of experience with hands-on installation and troubleshooting of BAS controls infrastructure
      - Minimum of five years of additional experience with installation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of BAS controls infrastructure
      - Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
      - Ability to interpret construction drawings and BAS shop drawings
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of BAS platforms such as Distech Controls and Tridium Niagara
      - Skilled at using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
      - Experience with AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows
      - Ability to achieve certification for NFPA70E and/or OSHA training
      - Experience in project estimating and takeoffs for proposals
