- Partner with the sales team to qualify, recruit, onboard, and launch new dealers with strategic marketing tactics
- Assist the sales team with launching new dealers and helping them to become successful in the first 90 days
- Ensure a successful transition of the new dealer to our sales team once they are up and running
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and accurately project future sales forecast
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales director to develop/update strategic recruiting, onboarding, and launch plans for new dealers
- Five or more years of professional-level experience, at least two of which are in a Business Acquisition management role, preferred
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and clients at all levels
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business preferred
- Base Pay: 50K plus bonus

In this key role, you will be responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers to sell DSI's core product offerings. These include, but are not limited to: AT&T, DIRECTV, CenturyLink/Lumen, Kinetic, Ziply Fiber, Fidium Fiber, Metronet, Earthlink, Vivint, Brightspeed, and more.
