      Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analysis Senior Manager for its Irving, TX location.

      Duties: Perform in depth analysis of Basel data to identify the issues including open, closed, charged off, repossession/foreclosure in process, repossessed inventory, and for pool level data and Portfolio level output. Analyze the actual data, identify/communicate data quality issues, and work with other teams as needed to resolve them. Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems. Perform responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned. Work with business stakeholders and sponsors to elicit, analyze, communicate, plan, manage, validate, and prioritize requirements and build strong professional relationships. Perform end-to-end analysis to identify gaps and propose innovative and creative solutions. Understand the data input, processing/enrichment, and output requirements associated with system and data interfaces needed to satisfy the business requirements. Understand end-to-end data flow in the system and ability to find solutions for the complex business scenarios. Create Business and Functional Requirements Documents. Create JIRAs and work with the development team for the testing and implementation. Perform project artifact management as per quality standards within Citi's project tracking system (PTS). Act as Retail Basel SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Review and update the Global aggregation rules and create country/business specific exceptions. Present and interpret the pool level data and RWA change to the in-business risk team and capital planning RWA controller. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

      Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a related occupation. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Utilizing Basel III/IV, Risk Regulations and measures including PD, LGD, EAD, RWA; Developing Data Analysis capabilities (Database and Spreadsheet), using SQL; Perform regression testing to assess the advanced RWA impact for probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), and credit conversion factor (CCF); Writing SQL queries in HUE to trace back to loan level data for RWA reporting; Analyzing Retail Basel Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and resolving data quality issues; Performing Genesis metadata Map & Gap analyses to meet Basel consumption needs.
