What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business partners to understand processes, needs, and identify viable solutions
- Assist Scrum teams with analysis, development of requirements, and deliverables
- Document operational applications, processes, and downstream interfaces
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing planning and production release checkout
- Define and streamline consumer onboarding tools and processes to enhance the user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage expectations and provide outstanding follow-up
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external entities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and other MS Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies and principles
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to document new systems, applications, and processes with minimal direction
