What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across service journeys
- Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements by collaborating with stakeholders
- Create and analyze customer journey maps and service blueprints to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and support prototyping of service solutions
- Ensure strategic alignment of service design initiatives with business goals and operating models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, service design, or a related role within complex service ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and ITSM/ITIL frameworks, including tools like ServiceNow
- Proven ability to conduct service research, create journey maps, and facilitate design thinking workshops using tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management and performance monitoring within service design initiatives
- Familiarity with additional service design tools and methodologies
