      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage business analysis workstreams or deliverables with defined outcomes
      - Identify, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and metrics
      - Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and refine business requirements
      - Support the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and validation
      - Assist with change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
      - Proven experience in managing end-to-end business analysis for large-scale IT projects
      - Strong understanding of business process modeling, documentation, and analysis techniques
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and project/task tracking systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with State Government or Public Sector IT projects
      - Prior experience with transportation or crash reporting systems
      - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies
      - IIBA CBAP or PMP-PB certification
