What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and document business requirements for Technical Operations processes
- Manage changes to existing Technical Operations processes
- Establish scalable and efficient processes
- Initiate and manage projects to improve existing processes
- Perform data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years' Analyst experience in a business environment
- Participation in compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Analyst in a healthcare-related service
