What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and manage changes to existing Technical Operations processes, including scope definition, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation
- Establish scalable and efficient processes to ensure smooth transitions to operational maintenance
- Develop project plans to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through oversight and reporting of technical processes supporting government programs
- Perform data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, implementing process improvements, and conducting testing in a business environment
- Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data reporting and manipulation tools such as Microsoft Excel and QlikView
