  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Review and assess existing data sources and data source systems to identify risks to data validity and reliability
  - Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather information and understand current data processes
  - Conduct stakeholder and subject matter expert interviews to understand data usage and workflows
  - Synthesize, prioritize, and document identified data quality threats
  - Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders in an understandable manner
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting IT software or application projects
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess structured and unstructured data
  - Experience reviewing system processes, identifying problems, and evaluating procedures and workflows
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
  - Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology or related field with 5 years of relevant experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience designing, documenting, and testing standards or solution recommendations
  - Ability to build effective working relationships with management, program staff, and IT teams
  - Experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functionality and Power Query
  - Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data analytics capabilities
  - Strong organizational and project management skills
