      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical consulting and support for improving business processes within the Facilities Management Department
      - Analyze existing procedures and systems, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency
      - Collaborate with IT staff on the design and implementation of new programs and software solutions
      - Assist with network administration and troubleshooting within the user department
      - Develop reports and documentation to support departmental operations and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
      - One (1) year of relevant work experience
      - Valid Texas Driver's License
      - Ability to pass a background investigation, including fingerprint clearance
      - Experience in understanding and solving technical problems related to business processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification
      - Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) Certification
      - Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) Certification
      - Experience with software engineering and the software development lifecycle
      - Familiarity with automated business applications and their interrelationships
