      Job Summary

      We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping define solutions that meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and assist in driving successful project outcomes.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
      • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
      • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
      • ssist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and operations.
      • nalyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
      • Support development teams during solution design and implementation.
      • Participate in testing activities-UAT, system testing, and validating solutions against requirements.
      • Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
      • Support change management initiatives including training materials and communication plans.
      • Ensure compliance with established methodologies, standards, and best practices.

      Required Skills & Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
      • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
      • Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation.
      • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
      • Industry knowledge (e.g., Finance, IT, Healthcare, Retail-customize as required).
      • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or similar.
      • SQL knowledge for basic data querying.
