What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and resolve data quality and integrity issues to support the consulting operations team
- Implement and automate data analytics to enhance the quality and timeliness of client deliverables
- Apply data science best practices to improve data collection, assessment, and safety analytics
- Manage and troubleshoot data-related issues while supporting the development of a master data model
- Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards to effectively convey analytical findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field
- Experience with statistical modeling, data analytics, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in ETL, database programming, and data processing
- Strong understanding of data structures, transformation methods, and optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau)
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
