      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of various systems
      - Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
      - Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement
      - Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommending business solutions and ensuring successful implementations
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on the assigned function product to ensure operational performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or 5 years of managed care encounters experience
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access
      - Experience with encounters or claims business analysis in healthcare, preferably managed care or Medicaid
      - Ability to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Amisys or other claims systems, HIPAA transactions (i.e., 837, 999, 824, 277), and SQL Scripting
      - Experience in managing change within business processes
