What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Legal Operations team in the rollout and enhancement of the Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Participate in system configuration discussions and gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test cases while tracking and validating defects
- Develop and deliver change management communications and facilitate training sessions for end users
- Assist with data migration validation and prepare regular reports on system use and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Legal Operations or related business functions
- Hands-on experience with Sirion CLM and strong understanding of contracting processes
- Prior experience supporting technology implementations, including testing and change management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience analyzing legal processes and identifying opportunities for workflow optimization
- Familiarity with data integrity checks and reporting within legal technology systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
