What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Legal Operations team in the rollout and enhancement of the Sirion CLM platform
- Participate in system configuration discussions and gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test cases while tracking and validating defects
- Develop and deliver change management communications, training sessions, and process documentation
- Analyze current legal processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows within Sirion CLM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Legal Operations or related business functions
- Experience with Sirion CLM
- Strong understanding of contracting processes and legal workflows
- Prior experience supporting technology implementations, including testing and change management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
