      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
      - Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management
      - Conduct cost/benefit evaluations on various internal and external resources
      - Analyze business requirements and production specifications to enhance management operations
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for key programs, ensuring compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
      - Minimum of 3 years of technical or operational experience
      - Proficient database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos, and data warehouse
      - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicaid plans
      - Familiarity with SQL and Google Big Query for running reports
      - Strong data visualization skills using Excel and Tableau
      - Project management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
