What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements
- Support end-to-end project execution across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications
- Assist in project management activities including tracking progress, risk identification, and reporting
- Facilitate documentation, requirement gathering sessions, user stories, and acceptance criteria
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in Product and Business Analysis
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks
- Experience with project management principles and tools
- Aviation or airline industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on exposure to aviation or airline operations
- Familiarity with software development concepts
- Previous experience working in dynamic, Agile-driven teams
