- 7-10 years of advanced analytics experience within large banking / financial services in a strategy advisory or consulting role
- Experience with Mortgage & Real Estate product analytics (encompassing credit risk, product development, and business initiatives)
- Report Rationalization: Evaluate current reporting inventory, build frameworks to combine, retire, or rationalize redundant reports, and drive overall operational efficiency.
- KPI / KRI Development: Define Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators as new capabilities, products, and services are launched.
- Strategic Assessment & Business Cases: Evaluate options/viability for new capabilities and assess current frameworks against industry best practices.
- Experience working with Sr. Leaders/Executives
- Experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau
