What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and lead the management of requirements for complex solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and expectations
- Analyze data for quality and reporting purposes, creating reports to highlight trends
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements
- Develop and maintain business requirement documentation and requirements traceability matrices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eight (8) years of information technology experience, including three (3) years as a business analyst or court user subject matter expert
- Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline with six (6) years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of experience; or a Master's degree with one (1) year of experience
- Direct experience conducting requirements gathering activities with stakeholders
- Familiarity with systems and software requirements development and project management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in writing and utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience in a trial court environment or with trial court case management applications
- Ability to identify and analyze patterns, trends, and root causes in data sets
- Experience with Washington Court's case management systems (JIS/DISCIS, SCOMIS, Odyssey)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
