      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements
      - Collaborate with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items
      - Document current and future-state business processes
      - Identify testing needs and create test cases for web applications and APIs
      - Maintain system documentation and support customer inquiries related to systems and APIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience in technology business analysis
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of projects, including system design and implementation
      - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
      - Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration

      - Experience in the legislative or governmental technology sector
      - Familiarity with user acceptance testing and system integration testing
      - Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, delivering clear and concise information
      - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
