What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct structured discovery sessions with various stakeholders to elicit comprehensive data requirements
- Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Technical Requirements
- Translate marketing KPIs into measurable data requirements and document clickstream concepts
- Document end-to-end data flows from source systems to data warehouse ingestion
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, articulating business value and implementation approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on data-intensive initiatives and digital transformation
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, campaign management, and marketing analytics
- Proven experience writing comprehensive BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the BA role in agile delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of web analytics concepts and marketing measurement frameworks
- Strong data literacy with the ability to understand data models, schemas, and integration patterns
- Experience with user journey mapping and defining data governance requirements
