What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis through Software Development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to gather and document business and system requirements
- Knowledge of agile principles and practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Certification
- Experience in project management principles and best practices
