What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the business unit and other departments to facilitate the transition of new products and services
- Monitor and analyze business operations to ensure effective application of technology and support resources
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Strategic Research and Reporting (SRR) team to ensure consistency and efficiency in project deliverables
- Gather business requirements and maintain all related documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or operations area or 2+ years of experience in operations analysis
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in gathering business requirements along with strong documentation abilities
- Proficiency in building operational/financial models and advanced Excel skills
- Technical writing experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis
- Subject matter expert within the business unit
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with Teradata and MicroStrategy tools
