What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support chargeback reconciliation and fee audit processes to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance
- Manage GPO admin fee and VBC rebate calculation and reporting processes for timely payments
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel for data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide insights to support commercial teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales analytics; data science; or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, biopharma, supply chain, or pricing analytics
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or VBA is a plus
- Curiosity to uncover trends and drive improvement through data analysis
