What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit and document business needs from stakeholders through interviews and meetings to define project scope and objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and performance indicators (KPIs), creating reports and dashboards to present findings
- Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize operations and streamline workflows
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system diagrams, and use cases for technical teams
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating project status, issues, and solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a BA/BS degree, or 6 years of experience without a degree
- Must be a US Citizen
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and strong SQL skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS (4 Year) degree in an IT or math-related field
- Experience working within Military Health environments is a plus
