What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in project discovery to define software configuration, custom development, and integration needs
- Analyze client needs and business processes to identify functional and technical requirements
- Provide recommendations and best practices for technical and functional solutions, including process improvements and training
- Manage User Acceptance Testing to ensure deliverables meet client requirements
- Educate clients on system functionality and guide them in using new tools effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in analyzing business processes and guiding teams in implementing changes
- 1-2 years of experience or proficiency with CRM systems such as Blackbaud and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Experience with BBCRM LO (Luminate Online), UCI Ascend, or similar systems
- Familiarity with large non-profit or higher education organizations and their fundraising processes
- Working knowledge of JIRA or other task-management systems
