What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit and document business requirements for the Solicitation Review System, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Conduct gap analysis of existing system functionality against desired functionality, including workflows and reporting through PowerBI
- Collaborate with the Senior Systems Advisor to track development and implementation of requirements and test system functionality
- Update and maintain requirements documentation throughout the life of the project
- Report weekly to the Director of the Contract Compliance Unit regarding project progress and potential issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of BABOK Guide principles, including elicitation, requirements analysis, and validation
- Knowledge of gap analysis methodologies and the capabilities of management information systems
- Skills in defining requirements, functional specifications, and other deliverables
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to create clear and actionable requirements documentation and build consensus across multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving techniques
- Experience in policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Ability to adapt effectively to evolving regulations and system complexities
