What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business processes and needs to ensure alignment with system functionality
- Gather, document, and refine requirements to optimize processes and workflows
- Create detailed documentation and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Analyze data trends and validate updates to maintain system reliability and efficiency
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRD) for review and approval by the Government
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience with a BS/BA; 3 years with an MS/MA; 0 years with a PhD
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have active public trust clearance
- Experience analyzing business processes
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements and presenting them to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data quality and governance initiatives
- Experience working in a national security or government-related environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Ability to bridge technical and business user needs effectively
