      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success departments
      - Collaborate with commercial leaders to refine hiring processes and identify key profiles needed for revenue growth
      - Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales and go-to-market professionals
      - Actively network with potential candidates at industry events and professional communities
      - Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates on sales performance metrics and cultural fit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of proven success in sales and go-to-market recruitment, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS company
      - Strong knowledge of the sales hiring lifecycle, from entry-level SDRs to senior account executives and marketing professionals
      - Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior executives and candidates at all levels
      - A growth mindset and adaptability to pivot priorities in a startup environment
