- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications and/or related roles.
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing and/or facilitating cross functional teams and developing communication strategies.
- Experience with multiple digital channel experience, intranet and social (Viva Engage, email and other sources).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Summary: The Business Communications Partner is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all internal communications for corporate and/or business units within the organization. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between communications and the designated areas of responsibility to be a strategic business partner, building and nurturing key relationships across the organization. The Business Communications Partner will collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement communication strategies and campaigns that elevate awareness and understanding of Crowley’s strategy, values, and brand. Utilizing multiple communication platforms and channels to drive and enhance engagement and comprehension, the Business Communications Partner role will be instrumental in promoting organizational goals, ensuring that communication efforts are impactful, measurable and aligned to support the strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
o Develop and drive strong business relationships with key stakeholders, employees, and internal partners.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance cross-functional culture
o Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
o Work with key stakeholders to actively identify communication opportunities that enhance engagement and drive broad business awareness and understanding.
o Create and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand and messaging.
o Manage internal communication efforts to enhance employee engagement and ensure effective information flow within the organization.
o Develop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
o Enhance the storytelling
o Ensure the development of high-quality content for various channels,
o Ensure all content is consistent with the company's voice and brand guidelines.
o Oversee the planning and execution of internal corporate events, initiatives, and employee gatherings.
