What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee disaster recovery response and manage responses to major disaster events
- Guide the selection of operating strategies to ensure business continuity within recovery time objectives
- Act as a liaison between the team and the wider business to communicate disruption responses
- Conduct testing and emergency response exercises for effective recovery planning
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in crisis management, incident response, and event response
- Enterprise-level experience in business continuity practices
- Highly proficient in Excel for data management and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-level critical thinking abilities to navigate fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Crisis Management Applications such as Everbridge, Visual Command Center (VCC), and VEOCI
- Previous experience in a business continuity or disaster recovery role
