Job Description
- Req#: 19092
- Contribute to the financial reporting for Industrial Region India & Southeast Asia (ISEA). This involves monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Participate and coordinate in the monthly outlook and business plan process for Industrial business, India & Southeast Asia Region
- Consolidation and compilation of various management reports (financial and non-financial) on a periodic and ad-hoc basis for through understanding of the business performance and analysis thereof to support/contribute to business decisions
- Publish structured communications and follow-up on timelines and guidance with business controllers.
- Maintain and follow-up on data requirements from the business controllers ISEA region
- Preparation and reporting of Net Working Capital (‘NWC’) performance and related reports.
- To coordinate NWC related activities and reports with the relevant stakeholders in the business and local units
- Preparation of monthly cost index, purchase price variance for direct and indirect materials.
- Prepare Trend analysis at operating unit level
- Track the progress of cost savings activities and follow up on actions.
- Track and analyse accounts payable ageing
- Consolidation of weekly pulse reports from manufacturing units in ISEA region.
- Collate results for all factories from Business Planning and Consolidation tool.
- Preparation of monthly analytical reports
- Track the key performance indicators vs plan and follow up on variations
- Walk through of different processes to identify the scope for improvements
- Prepare and communicate with stakeholders for Operational controls reviews
- Liaise with Internal Control and Internal Audit functions for any related activities affecting the business
- Collaborate with the Internal Control and Internal Audit functions for a structured and well managed approach with the Business units in ISEA
- Coordinate with the requirements related to financial reporting, Internal Controls, or any matters having any potential impact on financial performance
- Graduate with knowledge in Financial Accounting and MS Office
