What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards to track performance and communicate insights
- Manage end-to-end projects and drive experimentation through test design and analysis
- Assist operational teams in implementing advanced capabilities, including AI tools and workforce management
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to improve data accessibility and logging
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar data analysis role
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Exceptional data visualization skills and experience with statistical modeling
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer Experience knowledge from SaaS companies is a plus
- Ability to tell compelling stories through data presentations
- Quick learner who thrives in dynamic, high-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills
