      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand community partnerships nationwide.
      - Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions across various industries and organizational levels.
      - Support outreach and lead generation for the college coaching business.
      - Serve as Project Manager for college coaching initiatives and related projects as assigned.
      - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking for all active roles, providing daily status reports.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, business development, HR, community engagement, or nonprofit partnerships.
      - Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and execute independently.
      - Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
      - Strong writing skills for job descriptions, proposals, and candidate communications.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the nonprofit landscape, including organizations, networks, and hiring needs.
      - Experience in education, coaching, or college advising environments.
      - Background in HR consulting, training, or talent development.
      - Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on building relationships and trust.
      - Experience working in a commission-based structure with defined goals and metrics.
