- Actively prospect and generate new catering sales leads and opportunities.
- Manage the catering sales cycle from lead generation to event coordination.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities beyond catering.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking using Salesforce / Amadeus Delphi.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Hotel sales experience is required (catering sales experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of the hotel sales process, including lead generation and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with a data-driven approach to prospecting and sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Amadeus Delphi (required or highly preferred).

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Catering Sales Manager to join our remote team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will focus on generating new catering business opportunities for the hotel, while also exploring additional revenue streams to support our overall sales strategy.
This is a dynamic sales role ideal for a self-starter with prior hotel catering experience who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with a passion for hospitality sales.

This is a contract position with compensation structured as a weekly rate, with the potential for additional commissions based on performance. Exceptional performance in this role may lead to a full-time position with benefits.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand for an extended period and for an entire work shift.
