      We’re seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and cultivating opportunities within the cyber insurance partner ecosystem. You’ll be the forefront of engaging brokers, underwriters, breach response firms, incident response and channel partners to grow pipeline, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic relationships.


      You’ll bring a deep curiosity about cyber risk, insurance dynamics, and the people who share this space. You’ll help uncover and support high-impact opportunities that connect our platform to real-world insurance workflows and incidents.


      Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Identify, research, and engage key stakeholders in the cyber insurance ecosystem
      • Collaborate with the partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to support co-selling motions and partner-driven pipeline growth
      • Develop targeted outreach strategies to build and nurture relationships
      • Organize and attend industry events, webinars, and partner briefings to generate leads and deepen relationships
      • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market trends and customer conversations

      Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer-facing role – preferably in cybersecurity, cyber insurance, or incident response
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Familiarity with the cyber insurance landscape
      • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
      • Comfortable speaking with both technical and business stakeholders
      • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%

      Nice to Have:

      • Familiarity with HITRUST CSF or another security framework methodology, such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, etc.
      • Experience working with channel or referral partners in the insurance or cybersecurity space
      • Knowledge of common cyber risks, breach response processes, and cyber policy structures
