      Job Title: Business Development Executive
      Location: Remote
      Type: Fulltime

      Description:
      • Our client headquartered in Texas is searching for a Business Development Executive for their Engineering Consulting division based in the USA (preferably Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, or Utah).
      • The BDE will identify and develop trusted relationships to engage new customers and expand existing clients' needs for Simulation, Design, Automation and Digital Twin offerings.
      • The ideal candidate should have a 'Client First' mindset and proven track record in Engineering Consulting, preferably with exposure to Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail, High Tech, Manufacturing and Industrial Equipment verticals.
      • Possesses organizational, leadership and time management skills with ability to build long-term and trusted relationships throughout the client's organization.

      Duties/Responsibilities:
      • Research potential client companies to understand their organizational structure, stakeholders, challenges and develop future growth plans
      • Manage client relationships and collaborate with technical team while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction
      • Utilize market research, existing personal contacts and company generated prospects to drive the entire consultative sales process through closure
      • Cultivate long standing and trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
      • Work closely with management, technical, sales and marketing to articulate and identify appropriate solutions for potential clients
      • Focus on revenue growth and identify long-term engagement opportunities, which lead to supporting a diversified client base
      • Regularly inform management of short-term and long-term strategies as well as escalate and prioritize issues
      • Identify requirements and consulting opportunities which align with client's needs as well as actively participate in creating project scope and proposal

      Skills/Requirements:
      • Must be coachable, able to resolve conflict and leverage negotiation skills
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills, presentation abilities and communication skills
      • Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate with all internal departments and external stakeholders
      • Travel in USA and Canada as required

      Qualifications:
      • 5+ Years experience related experience in Business Development Strategy and technology consulting
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or University in Engineering, Technology or related field preferrable
      • Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Texas or Utah
