      The position
      The Business Development Integration Lead is part of the Insights & Strategy team within Regulatory, Medical Writing, Safety and R&D Quality – namely the Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM) unit, anchored in the Development organisation. It is a new established position which gives you the opportunity to be a part of shaping it. You will be supporting the existing ambition of the area to effectively drive integration activities of multiple companies across Novo Nordisk, and therein within SubLCM.

      The Insights & Strategy team is anchored in the Executive Office within Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM). The team works closely with the SubLCM Leadership team driving analytical insights to enable decision making as well as driving strategic processes. You will join a high performing team focused on driving and simplifying processes, strong stakeholder management and engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development.

      The main responsibilities include:
      • Drive a clear, structured approach and plan on integration efforts and activities across SubLCM
      • Map and create clarity on roles and responsibilities across the organisation, and activate relevant stakeholders to ensure successful execution of integration
      • Engage the organisation and track progress of activities ensuring that challenges and risks are elevated and addressed with relevant senior stakeholders and governance bodies
      • Identify opportunities for optimising and tailoring integration activities and processes within SubLCM and build effective modus of working

      Qualifications
      To succeed in this role, you have:
      • M.Sc., or B.Sc. degree in a field of relevance to the position (business administration, medical, biological, pharmaceutical, or other life-science)
      • Several years of experience with project Management and experience from leading cross functional projects
      • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to dive into details when needed, to work with stakeholders in elevating challenges and identifying solutions
      • Business and R&D chain understanding and experience in regulations, systems, and processes

      For this role, you will need to actively engage a complex stakeholder landscape and bring a structured and solution-oriented mindset. You will need to build trust and be confident working with stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels of seniority. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Since it is a new position, we expect that you thrive with working independently.
