      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, partners, and emerging trends in electric aircraft charging
      - Collaborate on business development strategies and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve targets
      - Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including aircraft operators and airports
      - Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence
      - Drive sales activities, including lead generation and deal closures, while managing opportunities within Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in aerospace or similar industries
      - Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM for opportunity tracking and sales reporting
      - Familiarity with technical proposals, RFP responses, or infrastructure project documentation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Willingness to travel over 50% to meet business needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electric charging infrastructure, airport planning, or aviation utility systems
      - Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-ready proposal narratives and presentations
      - Prior work with municipal airports, regional airlines, or aviation service providers
