As part of its strategic expansion, Alliance has recently acquired JD Engineers B.V., a highly respected Dutch company specializing in high-quality specialty folder gluers. This acquisition marks a natural evolution of more than a decade of collaboration between the two companies, bringing JD Engineers’ expertise and innovative spirit under the Alliance umbrella
In the EMEA region, Alliance operates through its European division, Alliance Machine Systems Europe B.V. (AMSE), headquartered in Bladel, Netherlands and Joure, Netherlands for the JD Engineers operation. Combined we operate +/- 90 employees. We are focusing on a significant growth in the coming years on combining our commercial excellence and for that role we are looking for a Sales driven Businesss Development Leader.
The position of Business Development Leader at AMSE is an exciting and
dynamic role. The candidate will have full responsibility for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and delivering revenue targets for the
allocated region in alignment with AMSE's strategic sales plan.
To be successful in the role of Business Development Leader, you should be strategic, commercially astute, and possess deep expertise in the paperboard packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of cultivating strong customer relationships that lead to sustained business growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in value-based pricing to drive new equipment revenue and margins for AMSE while continuously developing and executing business strategies that expand the client base and enhance customer trust within the territory.
Profile:
BSc or MSc degree (preferred) in marketing, business or engineering. Or a technnical degree with significant proven industry experience. Experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships. Preferably
experienced in working in an organization with global design and manufacturing locations.
