- Localization and communication of the regional vision.
- Grow the African market through Atlas Copco's Speciality rental offering
- Action priority setting and execution, in line with the vision.
- Management of growth (organic and inorganic), operations and finance in line with the agreed regional targets
- Leadership, coaching and teambuilding

- Future development of a top talent pipeline to ensure sustainability of the region's performance
- Product Sales (40%) - Prospect, qualify and in develop Rental related Opportunities in the Petrochemical, Industrial manufacturing and Mining segments in Africa
- Training (10%) -Personal Upskill and development to identify Opportunities and provide appropriate solutions.
- Project Management (20%) - Assessing customer requirements related to all rental products commissioning and labour required for projects.
- Innovate and find solutions for relevant products in order to find solutions for related opportunities.
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all relevant internal and external people/employees relevant to this mission.
- Market Analysis (20%) - Continuously pursue knowledge and understanding of economic trends and news that may affect the temperature control (steamboiler and chiller) industries.
- Reporting (10%) - Prepare monthly and regular feedback on business activity, won & lost opportunities, pipeline of orders and performance against budget. Update information in Salesforce.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with management of a sales team.
- Minimum of 8 years of total sales and marketing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialty rental business / industry.
- Some previous international business development experience is a plus
- Experience using CRM software.
- Bachelor or diploma in marketing or similar by experience
