- Pitch our recruitment services to HR leaders, Directors and C-level contacts
- Close the agreement and hand the client off to our operations team
- Maintain the relationship to generate repeat and referral business

- 2+ years in B2B sales, staffing, HR consulting or similar fields
- Strong existing network across mid-to-large companies in any industry
- Self-starter comfortable working without a base salary
- Able to generate and manage your own pipeline independently
- No prior staffing or recruitment experience required

What you'll do:

Arrangement: 1099 independent contractor. This role works great as a side income stream or as a full-time performance-based hustle.
One active client can generate significant and recurring income. If you know how to sell and have the right contacts, this is a high-upside opportunity with zero operational burden on your side.
