- Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and qualify inbound leads through multiple channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting to target accounts within our ideal customer profile and create new business opportunities for Account Executives.
- Lead Management
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure timely, personalized engagement.
- Accurately document and track all activities in Salesforce, maintaining real-time data integrity.
- Leverage Outreach for sequencing, automation, and consistent follow-up. These tools are non-negotiable for this role.
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social channels to uncover needs, educate them on PhotoShelter’s value, and position our platform effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, feedback, and best practices that improve outbound strategy and performance.
- Performance Metrics
- Meet and exceed quarterly activity and pipeline goals.
- Consistently drive high-quality meetings that convert into opportunities and closed won revenue.
- Mandatory fluency in Outreach (or Salesloft), Salesforce, and other modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks or Orum, and ZoomInfo).
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

- Compensation range for this role is $50k - $60k annual base salary, plus commission incentive.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PhotoShelter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You’ll manage a healthy mix of inbound and outbound leads, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to create pipeline and fuel company growth.
