      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified team sales leads through targeted outreach and networking events
      - Capture and communicate strategic data, including competitive intelligence and pricing insights in the youth soccer landscape
      - Achieve prospecting targets by engaging with industry stakeholders at trade shows and conferences
      - Develop tailored solutions for prospects by understanding their business objectives and brand challenges
      - Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the youth soccer club marketplace

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, sports marketing, or business development within the soccer or team sports industry
      - Strong network of industry contacts in the youth soccer clubs market
      - Self-starter with a demonstrated hunter mentality and ability to influence customer decision-making
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive
      - Proven track record of cultivating long-term client relationships
      - Previous experience in contract negotiations within the sports industry
      - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 25%+)
