      Business Development Summer Intern

      Business Development - Identifies, evaluates, attracts, and allocates capital to world-class trading talent across all asset classes and regions in which we operate in.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Work alongside senior members of the team on market intelligence oriented projects, such as industry mapping, fund spotlights, and broader hedge fund trends
      • Schedule candidates to interview with investment teams and maintain data integrity in CRM by capturing the candidate pipeline progression in an accurate and timely manner
      • Liaise between Business Development and other departments within the firm (trading teams, Business Management, Human Resources etc.) on various projects
      • Networking within the industry through several events during the 10 week program

      Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

      • Rising junior who is interested in a future career at a top-tier alternative asset management firm
      • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above
      • Team player with excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
      • Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or other Business related focus
      • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

      The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role.
