Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) - Driving TQM based excellence initiatives across all processes / functions of the business - Coordinating & liasoning with National / International Institutes for pursuing various recognitions in business excellence (JUSE etc.) - Building & enhancing awareness about TQM practices & tools viz. PDCA, Policy Management, 5S, Daily Management, Kaizen, QC Story etc. - Co-creating & spreading culture of manufacturing & business excellence among people across each processes & functions
