      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (BEC) to support Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS) Business Implementation Management (BIM) team.

      This BEC will serve as a Kanban lead for two non-technical implementation teams that support procedure updates. The Kanban lead is expected to facili tate regular Kanban ceremonies/meetings, oversee the work of both teams and drive continuous improvement leveraging Agile methodology .


      In this role, you will:

      • Own scheduling, planning and facilitation of regular Kanban ceremonies (daily stand up, replenishment/refinement, retrospective, monthly stakeholder call, etc.)

      • Oversee day-to-day activities of the teams while partnering with the functional manager

      • Build and maintain good working relationships within BIM and larger CCS organization we support

      • Provide work direction and guidance to kanban teams

      • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance to ensure objectives and deadlines are met

      • Identify and implement process improvement s

      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • E xperience as a kanban lead or scrum master

      • Experien ce using data and reporting to make decisions and inform stakeholders

      • Understanding of Agile methodology

      • E xperience using Jira

      • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including attention to detail

      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

      • Developing partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions

      • Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency

      • Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills

      • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

      This position offers a hybrid work schedule with requirement to be in office.

      Must be able to work at one of the posted locations
