- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Act as a strategic partner to the Investment Solutions LOB within WIM, consulting on global delivery opportunities and providing expertise on offshore capabilities aligned to this business.
- Serve as a single point of contact for the Investment Solutions teams in Bangalore or Manila, handling issues and escalations directly with onshore partners.
- Build expertise in the local recruiting markets, networking with other financial services firms and lines of business within the firm to ensure a robust pipeline of top talent is identified and kept warm.
- Lead tactical planning functions related to new transitions, changes to existing transitions and process improvement
- Participate in various Investment COE committees and working groups as necessary
- Work closely with the WIM Global Solutions Program Office to ensure to ensure timely completion/implementation of required initiatives
- Display strong leadership/partnership skills with a strong working knowledge of the businesses in the Investment COE and other WIM businesses
- Collaborate with senior leaders and provide input to establish the strategic direction for business initiatives.
- Develop and execute effective change strategies and plans in collaboration with Investment Solutions and other WIM sub-lines of business (LOBs), and other key partners to ensure adoption, high team ember engagement, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are implemented, and SLAs to all partners and stakeholders are met.
- Market knowledge and presence to identify opportunities for the business to expand its functions overseas and attract talent.
- 10+ years' experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years Management experience
- Willing to work in mid shift
- Building and leading multi-level teams and managing managers as well as individual contributors.
- Expertise in Wealth Management or Financial Services Industry business and operational capabilities.
- Solid budget forecasting and risk management skills.
- FINRA Series 7/66 is not required but may be required in the future.
- Required to have higher level degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (highest level related to B.Com, M.Com, MBA or CA)
