        In this role, you will:

        • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants in Global Treasury Management (GTM) Service and Implementation
        • Serve as the business leader for Global Treasury Management (GTM) enrollment tools and advocate for GTM’s end user needs, while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
        • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
        • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
        • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
        • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
        • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
        • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
        • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
        • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
        • Provide input into the cross-business prioritization of technology-related strategies, initiatives and enhancements to ensure the needs of all end users are met


        Required Qualifications:

        • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
        • 3+ years Management experience


        Desired Qualifications:

        • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
        • Ability to successfully influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
        • Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and to collaborate with others to identify the best possible solutions
        • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align


        Job Expectations:

        • Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently 3 days in office
        • Preferred locations are listed in the posting and no other locations are being considered at this time

        Pay Range

        $120,400.00 - $287,600.00
